🐾 I have BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder) and I have episodes a lot. If you know me, I'll say things like 'everyone hates me, nobody cares, etc.' (my brain is mean to me and makes me think it's true). I need reassurance so if I say something like 'do u hate me' please reply. I'm not trying to be annoying or make people mad, I'm sorry.
🐾 If I'm having an episode, talking helps sometimes so if anyone wants to talk they can dm me. It will help distract me
🐾 I'm bad at interacting with ppl I'm not close with but I promise I don't hate you and I'm not ignoring you if I don't reply back.
🐾 I might word things wrong and I misunderstand things a lot. if I ever say or do something wrong, please don't get mad and just tell me.
🐾 I rarely use tone indicators bc they confuse me if you need them let me know. I usually only need /nm and /j
